is it possible to withdraw money sent from the usa to a saudi Arabia bank account

im receiving money from usa into my account and i live in saudi Arabia, i just have one concern, if i receive the money will i be able to transfer it to a saudi Arabia bank account or will it have to stay in my PayPal, cause i need the money to be converted from usd to sar
