how to receive money from local Bank "my Clint " without linking his bank to my PayPal , I need something like IBAN or swift code or any thing to receive money without linking bank account

For Egypt, link your Visa card in order to receive and withdraw money. No local bank account can be linked. Once you link your Visa card, PayPal will automatically make a withdrawal once a month for you for free. Manual withdrawals you make cost $5.00.

You also cannot use PayPal balance to spend. It must be withdrawn. Use your linked Visa card or other linked credit card to make purchases.
