I am working as a freelancer, and when I was withdrawing money from my freelancer account, I received a message saying, "Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." Please help

I understand that you are trying to receive money in your PayPal account. As per the information that you have shared, it seems like you'll need to confirm your identity to receive the money. For regulatory reasons, PayPal needs to confirm our customer personal information hence you would have to submit some documents that have been requested in the Resolution Center. Please note that if there are any issues with your PayPal account, you will be notified to your Resolution Center and email regarding the issue. If you have already checked and have not received any notifications or need any help, please reach out to our PayPal Customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you resolve this.
