When I am trying to transfer money from PayPal to my account I get the message " there is a problem right now, we're unable to complete this transaction" How do I resolve this please or what is the issues

Hard to advise if you don't say which country you are in or account type.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
