I asked money for a service that I did not received. But I paid in dollars and my possibility- regarding the refund - is to ask only Euros. Why is that ?  how to fix that ?

I am happy to help you with your inquiry about refund. Any refund processed will be sent to your original payment method and the refund should be processed in the currency you originally selected.
