With the new ship station how do you get a refund for guaranteed next day air shipment

Used PayPal shipping (shipstation) for a guaranteed next day air shipment using USPS. Package did not arrive the next day as guaranteed, and customer wants a shipping refund. How do I apply for a refund??

Thank you for your post.
When using UPS to ship your items, the payment goes directly to UPS and then you can initiate your label. If you are enquiring about a refund as the item was not delivered on time, I would suggest you contact UPS directly. They would have a process in place for this.

Thanks but that did not answer my question, If you read the whole question and not just the header you would have noticed that I was not referring to UPS. But thanks for trying.
