Why my transfer to card couldn't be completed suddenly?

My transfer is facing an issue as I receive a message "We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer 187.00 USD to your card. You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance". My card worked well recently so I don't kniw what happened.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that your withdrawal request did not go through. This could be due to security reasons, as our internal security system review every transaction based on various factors. I recommend you to try again after 48-72 hours. If you still get the same error, please remove the card, link it again and try withdrawing the funds.
