Paypal transfer policy used to be good and all of sudden (at least for me) it became a nightmare.
So have set my account for automatic transfers at the beginning of each month, and Paypal used to transfer the amount as is in the same currency without using any conversion rate. Back in December I received and it was a surprise to me that the automatic was completed with the conversion rate with a rate lower the market rate by 3.5% !
I opened a case and I was told to be able to get the transfer in the same currency it must be a manual transfer and not an automatic transfer.
Today I received a payment and I was about to do a manual transfer and guess what? I can't withdraw the money in the same currency, it must be converted with a rate below the market rate by 3%
I tried filing a case and the help page is just a maze, at the end I got stuck and I can't even file a case.
Any help here?
