I have local customers. I deliver products. Payment is on hold because I didn’t ship. How do I fix this?

Click the transaction, click add tracking info button, select shipped w/o tracking. Ask buyer to confirm receipt 48 hrs after payment date. Confirm receipt option may not be required for all transactions and might not even appear for the recipient if transaction is determined to be high risk. Customer may try different browser or use the app & vice versa to see if the confirm receipt option shows up, too. If nothing works to fix issue, the recipient must customer service and ask PayPal to manually release.
