Transferred money from Paypal to Hype with instant method, did not recieve them

As the title says: I've transferred money from PayPal to my Hype prepaid card with the instant method, which means that in a couple of minutes the transaction should be completed. It's been a couple of hours and the money isn't on hype nor on Paypal even though the transaction looks to be completed on the PayPal app, so it basically looks like my money just disappeared.

How am I supposed to resolve this problem?
