Transferred funds to the wrong bank on account.

Sent funds to the wrong bank account I no longer use by accident. Sent in a case request so it can be looked into but transfer date is in 2 days while the case review estimated date is in 5 days. Worried that I might lose those funds. I removed the bank almost immediately after I made the transfer and sent in a case request to paypal but is there anything I can do?

I understand that you're worried about the transfer to the bank account which is no longer in use. Generally, withdrawals to your bank account usually take 5 to 7 business days to complete. If the transaction status of your withdrawal is "Completed," it means it has completed processing through our system. If you are unable to locate the deposit in your bank account and the status of the transaction is still "Completed" in your PayPal account history, we can trace your withdrawal once 14 business days have passed. Before you proceed, please reach out to your financial institution along with your bank details to cross-check if the funds have credited by any chance. Usually, if there’s a problem with the withdrawal, it is returned to us and the funds are reversed back into your PayPal balance. To trace the funds, please contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website.

So I have to wait 14 days for them to take the funds out of the sent bank account?
