Transfer From Bank To Paypal

1. I received a message that I had $X ready to be accepted.

2. I accepted it.

3. I transferred it to my bank.

This happened shortly after I completed a sale using PayPal to receive money for the first time. $X was close to the sale amount so I thought is was from that sale. It wasn't. Money from the sale arrived an hour later.

There is no record of a deposit of $X, and an inquiry to the resolution center has been closed as "resolved".

I also can't find a way to transfer it back from my bank. All the options shown in the videos and instructions from the help center don't exist on my screens.

Please let me know how to get $X from my bank back to my Paypal account. A phone call to the help center just kept sending me back to the main menu.

There is no Transfer Money icon on my wallet page.

There is no Balance display on my Dashboard or Wallet. The Balance display is where the transfer icon is.
