USA , attempting to complete a deposit to fanduel and I am given the same error message stating the previous comment statement.

I'm having the same problem. 

My customer's from Singapore, I'm from Malaysia. She attempted to purchase a seat for one of my online classes. Tried several times, was declined. 

Before this, it was okay. I noticed this error(?) started happening since February. She paid for the same class using PayPal in Jan 2023 and Dec 2022 without any problem. This month (Feb 2023) it's a different story. 

Please help.
