Transaction says. There was an issue with paypal.

Transaction says. There was an issue with PayPal. try again or use a different payment method.. yet the money came off my account. Will I be issued a refund since the transaction had an issue so it stated??

Would help if you said what is written on the transaction in your PAYPAL account??

Is it showing as pending on your bank account or card or completed to that company?

It was pending now its not there any more. I guess the bank noticed it didnt go through and reverse the charge.. Thank you very much for your concern.
