Transaction no longer exist

Hi,

I received money from Parcel Insurance Plan but when I click on the link to claim the money, it gives me a transaction no longer exist. I asked PIP and they said that they sent the money and never go a bounce back. Please help.

I am sorry to know that you are unable to accept the payment you received. This happens if the sender has cancelled the transaction before you accept it. I suggest you to ask the sender to help you with the transaction ID screenshot of the payment sent and you have to contact our dedicated support team as they will be able to help you with the details as when it was cancelled or how to get the funds.
