I hope my message reaches support.
There was a problem. I created PayPal for business, to sell goods through my site on the Shopify system, I confirmed my email, phone number, entered business data and the rest.
When paying, the client gets an error "To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined."
On the forum, I see that many people also have this error, but I did not find a way that would help me.
I will be very grateful for your help.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.

Quick answer: I updated Tax Information (My Name) on Paypal account and the and payment went through.

1. Open paypal in separate window, 2. Login,  3. update information 4. click back on original window 5. Process Payment (again)
