This card can't be used for this transaction?

good afternoon.yesterday i tried to make a payment on traidinn.com via paypall.when i paid, i got a message that there are not enough funds on the card, but they were there. I tried to pay several times. after some time I started getting the message -This card can't be used for this transaction. As it turned out, limits were set on my card. I changed them, but it was too late. Apparently the card is blocked in your system. I contacted the bank, there are no restrictions and blockings on the side of the bank. Help solve the problem. I have already paid with this card on this site before.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
