Sent money to correct email but it is his ex girlfriend's account

How do I get my money back that has been sent to the correct email address but the email address is from an ex-girlfriend who used this guy's email address to set up an account. She has kept the money and he never got it

Did you send it using the friends/family or goods/services option?

Is it marked as pending or completed?

How did you fund the Paypal payment ie which funding source?

Goods and service. Completed. Paid through PayPal funds.

Then open a dispute for non receipt of item (as they have nothing to send you then you should get a refund), make sure you escalate it to a claim after allowing her time to refund you.
