Refund for money I sent to a negative account.

sent money thru friends&family not knowing that the account has a negative balance,can I ask for refund?

Yes you can ask the person you sent the funds to to issue a refund BUT if they have no funds in the account it would come from their linked funding source ie bank account or card.  


Advice is voluntary.
