Im asking again since I did not get a response last time but Im currently trying to issue a refund but for some reason I have not been able to. I thought that might be due to my negative balance however after making sure I do not have a negative balance, I am still unable to give the refund to the buyer. Would I have to wait until I have received the buyer's money then issue the refund?
