Have been purchasing thru PayPal for awhile now and tonight I went to buy something and it says there is a problem processing your payment. Try again later or use a different payment method. Of course adding my debit card which I have been using thru PayPal and trying it that way it won't take it. Says not allowed. Why now having issues when I never did before

Do you keep adding / removing cards all the while between transactions?

Only the max time with a card is 8, are you over that?
