Hello there, I’ve just recently opened an online store (small business owner) one of my payment options for my customers comfort is PayPal which was the biggest mistake of my life it’s removed now. Customer makes the purchase through PayPal on the 19th paypal immediately take their fee for protecting me and the customer and freezes the money and refuses to release it until I upload shipping information on the order. If they had any idea how dropshipping businesses operate the would know that we use the money to purchase the customers product. If I don’t have the funds Bc you’re holding them how will I buy the product and ship it? So I buy the product out of pocket. And upload shipping information. Yesterday 12/21, call PayPal to confirm and get an update of the release of the fund. All of their call centers have terrible phone connections and you can’t hear the representatives, when you finally get a good connection they tell me some false made up script line like the customer has to confirm the receipt LOL, i use PayPal to order on sites all the time customer don’t have to confirm anything through PayPal. They are holding on to my fund Bc they are scammers do not use PayPal for business. After I received my funds I will never use or recommend them ever again. They are currently removed from my store. Terrible for businesses!

Yes to get the funds more quickly if you don't send with tracking then you can mark the transaction as shipped and the buyer should be able to click confirm receipt when they get it to release the funds more quickly.

Every seller goes through the new seller hold, just because you do not understand it does not mean the reps advising you were lying.
