Problem with receiving money from Fiverr

I have been trying to send my earnings from Fiverr to Paypal but I got no luck, it keeps getting rejected and says: Refused by service provider. Can someone provide further information, please?

There is no "Message Us" or "Call Us" at the bottom of the page.
