Please add a payment option

It's been quite a few days Since I am not being able to send payment to anyone. In the last payment window, the message "Please add a payment option" pops up. Whereas My cards have already been added, and I have been using them for the past one year.. Could not even add any new cards as well.. No one from customer care could help.. Now really don't know what to do..

I am sorry to hear you are having issues sending a payment. I know this must be frustrating. I understand you are also having issues adding a new card. It sounds like there may be unresolved issues on your PayPal account, for example your account may be limited. 

 

When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the Resolution Center to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email.
