Paypal charged me almost $30 fee by failed bank withdraw

It's ridiculous i tried withdrawing money to my bank and it failed and paypal charged me $30 fee for refunding the money.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand how receiving a fee like that would be quite concerning. After reviewing our Fee Tables, I wasn't able to confirm there would be a $30 fee for a returned bank withdrawal in Canada. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance with that fee. 

I hope they're able to detail what that fee was for and why it was charged. Good luck!
