Paypal balance wont transfer to bank account

For some reason when i click transfer to my bank account my paypal balance after hitting transfer to bank or even debit card linked it doesnt go to the next screen its done this the last few months for some reason?

If that hasn't helped, and your bank account is confirmed, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
