Payments to seller

Hi I have made a payment to someone, private transaction paid through buisness part they said they not recieved payment, could it be that the email I sent it to isn't registered as a buisness on paypal, and if so how do I rectify it please

Personal and business accounts alike can receive goods and services payments except for certain countries which can only send payments. Do you know what country the seller is based?

 

Other possible problems: The seller might be experiencing a PayPal 21 day payment hold to ensure item is shipped with tracking number and delivery is confirmed prior to PayPal releasing payment, the payment might be sent to incorrect email address/PayPal account, or there’s some other delay/glitch.

 

Look for the transaction ID number for the payment in the PayPal email receipt, provide it to the seller so they can contact PayPal customer service to verify it.

Hi, I just cancelled payment in the end. Good job really as I think the seller was dodgy as I asked for video proof of item working and I have not heard from them since.
