Someone paid me money and i sold to that person somthing, the thing is that my acc is family/friends which also means no fees should be taken. But especially this payment they took fee for a reason and after he paid and i sold the product he just got back his money somehow and disappeared. I want my money back this is’nt okay what should i do

There is no such thing as a friends/family account.
The option to use a friends/family payment is on both personal and business accounts (although business accounts can't receive that payment type).
You have a personal account, you can sell on a personal OR business account and pay a fee to do so.
Fees are in the user agreement for your country.
You cannot ask your buyers to send the payments using friends/family as its against paypal rules to use that option to receive payments for goods or services and not only negates your seller protection but also risks a permanent paypal limitation on your account.
Buyers can't just take back payments so did he open a paypal dispute or chargeback?
Or did you send the item when the payment was pending ie echeque?

Well to be honest if you didn't want paying that way why you would think you have a friends/family account and were happy to use it for payments.
Anyways are the funds pending OR on hold, only you stated the payment was refunded !!!!!

So if the funds are showing as on hold in your paypal account why would you say the buyer '' and after he paid and i sold the product he just got back his money somehow and disappeared'' ?
If you had said it was hold I could have posted a link in seconds to answer your question. Missing my film now 🙄
