Payment pending

I ordered a jersey on Soccer.com on 4/2/23. I chose the pay in 4 option when I ordered the jersey. I got my item two weeks later but my payment is still pending. I called PayPal about this and they told me that they would wait on the merchant or something to process the payment plan while I talked to Soccer.com customer service and they told me that they received the payment on their end

Some kind of issue on PayPal’s end. 🤷
