Payment denied when trying to Send money, But automatic payments go through just fine?? When i use paypal as a payment method on websites it works too! BUT NOT THE SITE ITSELF! I tried everything in settings, Added all currencies, etc.. But it won't even let me CONFIRM MY CARD? the 1.5 dollar gets rejected too! AND THE RESOLUTION CENTER DOESNT WORK EITHER IT GIVES ME AN ERROR "SOMETHING WENT WRONG ON OUR END". PLEASE HELP. I contacted my bank and they said everything should work fine...
I don't get it, If i can make Auto payments, why not pay receipts or transfer money? It seems to be specifically an issue when transferring to someone in the US (given that i'm from Egypt). There's no customer support on the site either cause the resolution center doesn't work 90% of the time. I have nothing left to try

For Egypt:
Send money for goods and services only. No friends and family.
Pay with card only, no spending of PayPal balance.
Check your card to make sure it can make online and int’l payments.
Or reach out to PayPal through social media for help:
