Payment Reversed email has been received from PayPal

Hello,

I have linked my India bank account to PayPal account for receiving payments. Today I received an email that 'Payment has been reversed..

The payment sent to you on 15 December 2022 recently from [Name of company] has been reversed. Your country requires certain account verification to receive Payouts.Don't worry though, you can get your payment in 2 easy steps

• Go to your PayPal account to complete your account and identity verification and provide any documents requested.
• Once verification is successfully completed, contact the sender and ask that they resend the payment.

I do not see any documents or account verification pending. How do I resolve this?
