Aloha,
I already checked out with PayPal with TurboTax and NEVER got the $10.00. PayPal can obviously check this transaction.

I know that my offer was eligible, this is EXACTLY why they sent me the email that I posted. This was because I went thru all the hoops and ladders. I can't call and speak to someone knowledgeable if they refuse to get on the phone... I am going to waste $20 in phone charges to get $10? Ridiculous! PayPal know that I did everything correct otherwise they would not send me the email that I need to use the offer by May 15, 2023. I could not have the offer if I did not do things correctly. I checked out properly, I called them, wen to resolution and they still act like they don't understand. Seems like a promotion scam to me, otherwise they would have honored it already. Nice of you to think that it was me who did not do what I needed to do. WOW, your first instinct to blame the customer...

Don’t take things personal. I am not blaming you. Just want to make sure as not everyone read the fine print. I see you are posting with a business account but these offers are for personal accounts and are considered the Valid account in relation to the terms. File a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA, which will put you in contact with PayPal executive escalations office, perhaps they can resolve the matter for you.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yes, I read the fine print and no where in it does it say that a business account is not a "valid" account, nor does it describe what a "valid" account is so one has to believe that it means a PayPal account in good standing. PayPal considers my account a "valid" account otherwise why would they allow me to select the offer and then keep reminding me to take advantage of it (via email) then at the same time denying access to the offer. This makes no sense unless they do not know what they are doing. I will do as you have stated and file a complaint. Mahalo for you taking the time to respond.
