I recently tried to buy a game and was met with Your action cannot be processed em.ext.10027 upon checking my PayPal account I saw that the money I had was gone and an order saying: "Your payment method will be charged when EA Swiss Sarl completes your order." ive already tried to contact EA support and they cant do anything about it. I have no clue what to do nor how to get my money back
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
