PROBLEM : "preapproved payments plan with G-Xchange" in 2022

Where i can find the "preapproved payments plan with G-Xchange" ? It say that in Profile > Payment but there is nothing. And I search in paypal and google, nothing useful. Its always the same statement that from past year. I hope there like link or something that i can locate "preapproved payments plan with G-Xchange".
