PP won't delete my old credit card

PP continues to send a request for payment to a credit card that I changed last week due to fraud.  It won't let me delete the old card.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I can understand how not being able to remove your old credit card can be a bit frustrating. If there is a recent transaction or a recent transaction is pending, you may run into issues removing that card until that transaction has been fully completed. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what options may be available.
