Not receiving money

Hello,

 

I've discovered that my account seems to be unable to receive money in the paypal balance. I was supposed to receive two transactions in the last 40 days but none are showing in my activity or wallet.  I was provided proof by the company that the money has been sent to my account and on the correct primary email address for my account.  

 

My account has been verified and my country is supported on the paypal payments list (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and i've linked my credit card (i was able to pay with paypal and send money multiple times). 

 

Has anyone encountered this before?

In your country, you must link a Visa card and select it as your preferred automatic transfer/withdraw account so PayPal can do the required monthly automatic transfer/withdrawal to the Visa card in order to receive payments.

I don’t know if these payments will be released to you after you link the Visa card or you have to ask the companies to send you the payment again because it is possible that they were rejected or declined by PayPal.
