No automatic transfers toggle

I am new to PayPal and I linked my Mastercard Debit Card (which is linked to a bank account) to my PayPal and I verified it. I see no toggle for automatic transfer that should happen on the outset of every month. Is it not available for Mastercards? Thanks.

Has to be a visa credit card as per link.
