Moving from Latinamerica to spain and cannot send money to mayself

Hello,

i need to close my account because i moved to Spain.

My Banccard there expires soon and Bankaccount will be closed automatically.

i deleted the card in paypal.

no option to send money without Bank?

my old one is in Costa Rica.

i cannot send the leftover money to my new paypal account in spain.

my old bank refuses to send money trhough paypal!

no option to send mone

also i cannot close my account.

there's amessage like call customer support.

I cannot change phone number neither direccion, i had to open a new account with different email in spain wioth my spanish bank.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I had no idea that PP doesn't work worldwide!

how can somebody know all about this using PP only sometimes in the Year?

i have called Costumer Service before and they suggested tom use another email adress to open PP in Spain with my new Bank.

But shortly after this i received a donation to my old PP account and my CR bank refuses to send me this because i inactivated the bank before leaving the Country.

it does not make any sense to open US account for a little leftover!

its too complicated and i will loose the money and its impossible to close the account.

I didn't advise opening a U.S account, I said that if you own a U.S bank account you can add it to most other countries paypal accounts, this is because paypal is a U.S company and allows that for its ex-pats etc.
