I'm an inactive user in Paypal. I received money from a friend to treat me for a meal. But my money was put on hold. I can't find any answer for this. Please help me.
If you don't have the friends/family option in your country OR the sender didn't use it but selected goods/services in error then it would be seen as a payment and if you are new to receiving payments you would be charged a fee and the payment put on hold as per link.
