Money not showing in account

I got the email from Paypal to claim the money a few days ago, I claimed but still have not received the payment , Why is that?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues claiming a payment. Have you double-checked to make sure your email address is confirmed? If it is, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Teams to check on the status of that payment. Just in case, here's an article on How to spot a fake or phishing email.
