Money has gone missing...

I received a payment via PayPal for a Depop sale, the payment is marked as received on my accounts activity - but it is nowhere to be found. The money hasn't been added to my PayPal balance nor added to my linked card/bank and it has been ten days since it was 'received'.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Were the funds sent in a currency you can accept?

Do you think the funds went in your balance but were used for a subsequent purchase without you noticing?

Hey thanks for your reply, currency was an accepted one, but you could be right with your second suggestion as if not considered this (usually I have to choose to using any of my PayPal balance). I’m going to go through transactions that used PayPal and compare it to what actually left my bank account- thanks for the suggestion!

My money also gone missing. It was recorded in my paypal account on this november 4. It is 1.72 dollars. After 8 days even it is not credited in my bank account. Paypal help is not helping me. Kindly any one can give me an advice please.

I understand your concern about the withdrawal not reflecting in your bank account. A "Complete" status means we’ve successfully processed your withdrawal request. It usually takes 2-5 Business days for the money to reach your bank account depending on your bank’s clearing process. 

If the money you transferred doesn't appear on your bank account after 5 business days, your bank may have encountered a problem during processing. Check with your bank that all the completed bank details are up to date. If the money is still not in your bank account after 14 business days, please reach our team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page or send us a message through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page for additional assistance.
