Money from bank never arrived in PayPal account

I sent money from from my bank using Pay Anyone (ANZ), weeks ago.. money left my bank account but has not arrived in my PayPal account, no transaction record on the PayPal end either. I can not find this problem in their resolution centre, I cannot find a way to directly raise an issue with PayPal without an activity record, I cannot find a way to ask them a question directly! All this circular resolution centre stuff.. how do you actually CONTACT PayPal?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
