Today I attempted to transfer money to a listed family member and none of my banking information was available for use. I have used PayPal for more than 2 years to pay the same family member regularly without issues through my linked Chase Bank account. I had to use my debit card and was charged a fee. I tried to re-enter my Chase Bank checking account information and the App would not accept the information. WHY did this occur and what will PayPal do to remedy this occurrence?
