Inaceptable captchas

We making around 100 tranactions in a row every month to almos the same clients.

Every month after 10 transaction we are getting penetrated by captchas. Captchas several time within one transaction on every page. Captchas cannot be solved and are in endless loop. Yes, we have collective transfer, but here it is unacepable to pay 1000USD fees for 100 tranactions + regular PP fees.

The entire process to make payment is a pure joke! We sending 500K yearly by PayPal and are sick to solve every month for hours tons of Captchas or we pay 1000USD for using collective transfer tool. We already recommending our clients to use other payment services which have a lot mor fair pricing and on our end easier use WITHOUT wasting hours and hours for nothing caused by a flood of Capthas caused by lazy, stupid devs who work for PayPal!

- Why Captchas every time if algo could notive that the receiver is the same email for 10 years????

- Why Captchas several Captchas within 1 Minute within the same transaction? Do you devs think it is possible that 10 seconds later it could be switch from a transaction from us to a transaction from a hacker??

- On top you think there is no need to test your own stupid Captchas, which cannot be solved?

- Why you charge extra fees for collective transfers, this is just a CSV which contains all data from like 100 transaction we make by hand. Why you charge 1000USD just for allowing us to upload a CSV!

You entire service is an  overpriced joke!

PS even to make this post we have to solve captchas which do not work... No words....

Your frustration is natural and you are right. PP wants to drive away customers, because they think there is no alternative and we can't do anything about it. They won't change the platform just because a few people complain here (but your complaint is still useful to let others know what to expect). You know very well that the only real solution for all these problems is to use another payment provider.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
