Help! I bought a PayPal Prepaid Mastercard not realizing it has monthly fees! I put $100 on the card at the store checkout (physical) and brought the card home and read the back and saw the monthly fee. I really don't want to pay this fee and all I wanted to do was transfer $100 cash onto a card so I could plug it into my Paypal account so I can shop online! The card hasn't been opened or taken out of the packaging just paid for and loaded. Can I get a full refund at the store I bought it from or can I move the money from the card and cancel the plan? Which solution is easier? I'm new to Paypal, any help is needed thanks!
