I have problem sending money

Hello, I can’t send money, when i try to send money the transaction gets denied and i get an option says add nationality, and when i click on it it takes me to the home page, what can i do about that ?

Im sure that everything is done right, and i’v been using the account for 3 years, but yesterday i tried to send again and it worked 👍, thanks ☺️

I see you're facing issues completing a payment. There could be several reasons why a payment could be denied. First make sure your account is verified and you have confirmed your email, phone and have a bank account linked. Make sure there are no limitations on your account and if there are any, try to resolve them quickly. Make sure you bank or card is linked correctly and is confirmed by PayPal. If you still face issues, then contact PayPal over the phone or message center so that you an have someone look into your account and help you.

There may be a limitation on your PayPal account that prevents the transfer. Remove the limitation to restore your full account functionality. Your debit card or bank account may not be eligible to process the instant transfer. Select a different bank or card that supports instant transfer from PayPal.
