First make sure your account is verified and you have confirmed your email, phone and have a bank account linked. Make sure there are no limitations on your account and if there are any, try to resolve them quickly. Make sure you bank or card is linked correctly and is confirmed by PayPal. There may be a limitation on your PayPal account that prevents the transfer. Remove the limitation to restore your full account functionality. Your debit card or bank account may not be eligible to process the instant transfer. Select a different bank or card that supports instant transfer from PayPal.
