I can't transfer my funds

I have some funds in my account currently and apparently, when I try to withdraw them, I get the following message
Sorry, but we need more information. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

This can be solved, except there is no customer service that I can speak to, I am always being hit with the No agent available message when I try chat

I transferred the funds by mistake to my PayPal due to the number of issues I've been facing with Paypal recently and the complete absence of customer support, If I can just transfer the money back to the original sender or have them withdrawn, since now they are locked in the platform

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
So all I can give you is this.......

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you for your reply
So this is my update:

- There is no way for me to open a simple ticket via email and wait for a reply

- Chat works randomly, tried several times, didn't work for me at all, and apparently, there isn't a queue

- When I try Facebook or Twitter, I get the same thing, no agent available, and get a link to the community or help center

If that helps, I am trying to transfer my funds to a Wise bank account, in case that is not possible, how can I just send them back to the source, in my case it is Upwork, they already said I can do that, but, when I try doing that using Paypal, it doesn't actually use the funds on my PayPal account, but tries to charge my credit card

I can't possibly be locked out of my own money, how can I at least send them back to upwork, since I already have a different payment method set up there

Thanks

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

However hopefully if declined they should bounce back to their original source.
