I can't recieve my money from fiverr to paypal while it says the withdrawl was successful

I am not able to withdraw my money from my Fiverr account to my PayPal account every time I try to do so it says withdrawal initiated ( send me an email says your withdrawl was successful )and after some time it says withdrawal failed . can anyone help what is this and should i do now.
