Yes, I changed my cp coz my battery broke down, I used my son's old cp, then download everything then when I was about to cash in my money from Paypal to gcash, they are asking to relink my Paypal account to gcash and so I did but directing me to click the pre-approved payment button on Paypal but I can't find it only managed automatic payment button was there.
