How to receive a transfer from Sweden to Ukraine?

I received an email about money transfer in SEK. But i didn't receive these money on my Ukraianian PayPal account already 3 days. How can I receive a money in this situation?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.

However if the person sent you a friends/family payment then add the Swedish currency to your paypal account in your paypal wallet.
